I’ve spent over a decade helping homeowners and buyers in the Richmond metro market. Early in my career, I worked at a foreclosure firm from 2009–2011, setting home values during one of the toughest housing markets in recent history. That experience gave me a strong foundation in pricing strategy, market trends, and buyer behavior that I use to help sellers get the best results.
I work with sellers to price homes correctly, stage properties for maximum appeal, and attract qualified buyers quickly. I hold a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification and have been recognized as a Circle of Excellence honoree in 2024, 2025, and 2026.
